De-Installation and Warranty Check
Before a client’s assets are de-installed and picked up, ECT DATA will plan with the client for proper handling of the equipment. We then check the equipments for any Warranty or Recall information from the OEM. If the equipment is still in warranty, and the item is defective, ECTDATA will work with the OEM to get it properly returned and or replaced.

End of Life Technology
Our warehouse is stocked with EOL and hard to find enterprise parts. To help locate the right part, we also have a database of partners that carry EOL parts for your Servers, Storage or Networking needs. If we dont have it in our warehouse, we can almost alwayse procure it for you. We specialize in all the leading manufacturers such as HP, IBM, SUN / Oracle, DELL, Cisco, Juniper and more.

Reporting and Chain-of-Custody

Our downstream recycling partners are also ISO 14001 and e-Stewards certified. No non-functioning IT equipment or related materials are shipped overseas and a zero-landfill policy is maintained as recycled items are ground into their base components and remarketed to manufacturers. Certificates of destruction are provided.
